Is hemp seed oil and hemp oil the same?
The short answer is no.
Hemp seed oil is obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of the hemp plant. Though hemp seed oil may contain trace amounts of CBD, it is so little, it’s virtually non-existent in the product. Hemp seed oil contains a vast amount of nutrients and antioxidants, such as protein, fiber, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
Hemp oil, also known as CBD oil, is extracted from the plants flowers, stalk, and stems. CBD hemp oil contains high amounts of CBD. To ensure you are purchasing a product that is high in CBD, you can look for third party test results.
